Nice guy at the counter, Brian. Techs were just standing around while the phone was ringing constantly & customers were coming in. Brian was the only 1 doing anything, the 2 techs just stood there. I came in for “the works” package for my car. I forgot my coupon for 52.95 and mentioned it to the service person. She gave me a look and said no way she could give me that price. Then hands me an estimate f coupon for 52.95 and mentioned it to the service person. She gave me a look and said no way she could give me that price. Then hands me an estimate for $800 for four new tires. I have already bought one set from YOU for that car. Think I’ll spend $800 with your dealership again???????????? More
