Dont have a problem with the service dept, but Ford Motor company and Mike Murphey Ford knew this years model had an Oil Pan Leaking problem. Nothing was said to me when I purchased the truck, I found out af company and Mike Murphey Ford knew this years model had an Oil Pan Leaking problem. Nothing was said to me when I purchased the truck, I found out after I had to return it for service twice, that this is a major problem with this oil pan. From everything Ive read online and been told by the service techs, This is just a temporary fix and that it WILL leak again. This should have been disclosed at purchase, AND Ford should have a Fix by now. More

He didn't push the extras (which we understand is part of the dealers job), but rather made fair suggestions and explained them in a way that related to US. David did a great job at working with us on the financial part- being genuine and honest. This is the type of sales person people love to work with. He obviously has experience in sales, but also stays genuine and truly focuses on the buyer's needs.
