I moved to Peoria had a newer Kia then became a survivor of debit card scams. Savings gone. I went to these people for help would not give me time of day about refinance. No pressure, customer first experience! We had been looking at the Kia Sorento for a while but dreaded going in to deal with another horrible sales experience. I was pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Ted Raines and he was awesome! No pressure, knew his stuff and Mike Miller also made a point to introduce himself and welcome us. Derek in the finance office was also fabulous. Above and Beyond I had the 2006 KIA in for service to replace the timing belt, flush the transmission, replace the cabin filter and change the oil. I developed a prob I had the 2006 KIA in for service to replace the timing belt, flush the transmission, replace the cabin filter and change the oil. I developed a problem soon after that was unrelated to the work they did. Evidently a mouse had chewed some of the wiring, and it caused the coil to malfunction. They got right on the problem, and accepted responsibility simply because they had not seen it. They repaired the wiring and only charged me for the new coil and installation. Since they really had no responsibility for the mouse chewing, they didn't need to be so helpful, but they were. It's a great service department. More

Mike Miller Kia had a great atmosphere as well; there was no pressure to buy. Ultimately, I traded my 2007 Kia Spectra for a brand new 2014 Kia Soul !. It's been two weeks since I've gotten "Cool Brees" and I've loved driving my new car. Thank you again to everyone at Mike Miller Kia! Now, if I could only get some great weather... My wife and I have been dealing with Mike Miller for several years because to an employee, they treat us like family. Whether it is Melony answering the phone, our salesman, Rodney, management (MIke, J several years because to an employee, they treat us like family. Whether it is Melony answering the phone, our salesman, Rodney, management (MIke, Joe, Derek, Ryan), service personnel (Kevin, Parick or Brian), or finance - Brendan, when we walk in we are cheerfully greeted with our first names. We feel pricing is fair to both sides, the service work is done efficiently and quickly and theywere even quick to work with me to arrange a surprise when I surprised my wife with a new vehicle by special showroom placement of the vehicle complete with art work done by their cashier and then signed by all those with whom we deal. It is for these reasons we have purchased 8 vehicles from Mike Miller and would not consider looking to any other dealership. More

Both the sales and service departments are very clear on what they intend to do and there have never been any surprises when you get the cahier. (Those surprises were why I have never bought two cars from the same person before.) I have been very satisfied with both used cars I bought from Mike Miller AutoPark. They seem to get all of their used cars in tiptop shape before resale. They were very forthcoming with information about their cars and with how they valued my trade. All in all, buying a car from them is easy and pleasent, with no games or shady math. I hihgly recommend giving Geoff, Pat and Mike Miller AutoPark a look when shopping for your next car. More
My wife and I recently visited Mike Miller Auto Park in Peoria, IL to potentially purchase a 2011 Kia Sorento. I had e-mailed the dealership to schedule a test drive prior to our visit and when we arrived Peoria, IL to potentially purchase a 2011 Kia Sorento. I had e-mailed the dealership to schedule a test drive prior to our visit and when we arrived a vehicle was already pulled up to the front of the store ready to take out on the road. Our salesman, Pat Klesath, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle. We were unfamiliar with the Kia brand but felt very comfortable with our decision after the test drive. We wanted a very specific configuration of Sorento that the dealership did not have in stock. Patrick assured us that they would be able to find the vehicle that we desired at another dealership. The negotiation process was very laid back and devoid of underhanded tactics that I have experienced with other dealerships. Our bottom line price was accepted without any hesitation or uncomfortable negotiations and my wife and I left the dealership satisfied with the entire process. After a long holiday weekend we received a call stating that they had found the exact vehicle that we had requested and it would be ready for pick up in a matter of hours. Mike Miller was extraordinarily genuine with his greeting when we entered the store and each employee was very professional throughout the process. Patrick Klesath made sure that my wife and I were very comfortable the the vehicle before we left the lot and spent a great deal of time explaining all of the features. We HIGHLY recommend Mike Miller Auto Park to anyone that would be interested in purchasing a Kia, Hyundai or a Mitsubishi. It was a low pressure experience and we were very impressed with each employee that we encountered. We have only put 45 miles on our new vehicle but I can already say that they have gained a customer for life! More
Going into Mike Miller is like going home. I have purchased 3 vehicles there in the past 3 years and when it was time for my daughter to drive, there was no other dealership I would have even thought purchased 3 vehicles there in the past 3 years and when it was time for my daughter to drive, there was no other dealership I would have even thought about visiting. From their great inventory to the familiar faces that work there, when I walk through the doors of Mike Miller I feel at ease and never have the feeling of pressure or that anyone there would want to sell me a car for an unfair price. They are proud of their reputation, and for good reason! I would drive miles out of the way to buy any automobile from them! Patrick was an awesome salesperson, and never pushed any issue....took his time and treated me as if I was the only priority. More
Being in the retail industry, I know how customers are supposed to be treated. At most of the dealerships in the Peoria area I have found the sales people to be rude, I have even had them laugh in my face supposed to be treated. At Mike Miller, I have ALWAYS been treated right, which is why I have been back multiple times. I have purchased 7 cars from them in my lifetime so far. They always work the best possible price and even recognize me right off when I walk through the door. I would highly recommend them to any friends and family members! More

Haven't had a real problem with any of the vehicles, except for needing a new radio shortly after we bought the Sedona. You get a LOT of car for your money, and the sales and service experience have been spot on. If you do your research on the Internet, you'll find the deals they offer are right on the mark with the major web sites. Nice, friendly people, good service, good products, prices that are much better than Toyota, Honda, Ford, or GM. HIghly recommend the Mike Miller Autopark. More
