She also took the time to see if there were any other recalls to be addressed. Sure enough the driver side seatbelt was found. Even though I have not been notified of the recall, she ordered the parts and I will bring my van back. She answered all my questions and understood how I feel about bait & switch mindset of some dealerships. Never had an issue here and I thanked her for that. More

Recall item turns into warning light during departure Let me just preface that I rarely go to the dealer for any service. I have a distrust before I enter. I was notified, via mail, that I had a passeng Let me just preface that I rarely go to the dealer for any service. I have a distrust before I enter. I was notified, via mail, that I had a passenger side air bag recall, so I made an appointment to address this. Apparently they fixed this, due to the greasy finger prints all over the right side of my dash board. As I was leaving, I noticed there was a new warning light on my dash...a red light indicating seatbelt/airbag warning. I went back to my service rep, and she said this was a new problem they needed to diagnose...nothing to do with the work they had completed on my "air bag". Really, nothing to do with what you just messed with in my dash, with the airbag? And now I have a warning light, that has never been there before! Not going to let you touch my car anymore!! The prices for service items are outrageous...huge hourly rate and parts prices. Do you really believe you are getting "free" wifi and refreshments while you wait?! NOT...all those costs are passed on to the customer. I hate dealership service centers...this one is no better than any of the others. More

Terri met me, set up which services the car needed, and I relaxed in the customer lounge while they worked on my car. (And, yes, there were even some donuts left! Bonus!) Always been happy with the service here, and never had any issues asking for and receiving a military discount. More

Our first oil and filter change was not due (according to dash computer) until we had the car for approximately 10 mo This is the most wonderful car. Our first oil and filter change was not due (according to dash computer) until we had the car for approximately 10 months. Two months later we received a FREE multi-inspection and car wash. It is a pleasure coming in to this dealer for maintenance—not to mention the good coffees and donuts! Thank you, Mike MAROONE Honda! More
