Terri is the very best to work with. I've had at least 6 vehicles over the last 15 years and Terri has always been the best!!! I've been going to Mike Maroone Honda for 2. 5 years and I am always extremely pleased with the service I get from Tony in the service department. He goes above and beyond to ensure I understand 5 years and I am always extremely pleased with the service I get from Tony in the service department. He goes above and beyond to ensure I understand all that is going on with my minivan, which repair options are available to me, fully answers all my questions and concerns, and provided pro tips for me to use until my next visit. He keeps me posted on my service with timely and concise updates throughout the day. Additionally, he ensures I have reliable and responsive transportation to and from work to lessen the impact of having a car down for maintenance. Tony is both extremely professional and uber-friendly. Since the day I first used Mike Maroone Honda until now, Tony has remembered me by name each and every time I come in for service and that means a lot to me. Makes me feel like part of the family. Had a flat tire that needed replacing, The service manager was able to get my car in quickly and the parts department, since the tire I needed wasn’t in stock, was able to locate one at a vendor in De manager was able to get my car in quickly and the parts department, since the tire I needed wasn’t in stock, was able to locate one at a vendor in Denver and was able to pick it up same day. The tire was replaced and I was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was great! Thank you!! More

I have a 2019 Civic that has been an awesome car until recently and it developed a problem with the tire air pressure sensors. Sensors did not come on when they should or sensors that come on for no reaso recently and it developed a problem with the tire air pressure sensors. Sensors did not come on when they should or sensors that come on for no reason. I have only good things to say about the Service Dept staff, Chris and Mo, primarily. I was treated with respect and the staff didn't give up. My car was in for service 3 different times as they tried to diagnose what was wrong. It just seemed to be one of those strange things. It's been a week and I still watch the dash anxiously, hoping that sensor does not show up again. Hondas often go for several years with no problem and I'm hoping this was just a fluke. More
