Dissapoiting to say the least Extremely disappointed with the service department at Mike Maroon Honda. I brought in my 2008 Honda element for an oil change and for them to check ou Extremely disappointed with the service department at Mike Maroon Honda. I brought in my 2008 Honda element for an oil change and for them to check out and fix a gurgling noise at the front of my car; advisor Hannah got back to me with what needed to be done to fix the noise ( water pump replacement) as well as other problems found in my car. I agreed to all of the repairs needed (with the exception of spark plugs considering mine were fine), and was quoted $1610 (water pump replacement, valve adjustment, etc). Keep in mind that I brought in my car to specifically FIX the noise my element was making (which was $140 for them to even look at) and Hannah called me and assured me the noise was fixed. However when the car was getting picked up, the noise was still there and they wanted to charge us more to fix it, even though that was what was supposed to be done to begin with. Again, extremely disappointed with the service here, I would definitely take your car elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs, it's really not worth the time, money, or headache whatsoever. More

Mislead on a brake job. I went in for a routine oil change. I always go here for one. After the oil change when I was checking out Timothy Herring advised me that the tech Ta I went in for a routine oil change. I always go here for one. After the oil change when I was checking out Timothy Herring advised me that the tech Tavian Valentine said my brakes are at 3mm and need to be replaced. I had just got them replaced at Brakes Plus 5 days prior. He shook his head. So I decided to pay Honest Accurate to inspect them at 55.78. They did and said they was at 10mm and brand new. So the 249.00 Mike Maroone was trying to score off me turned out to only be 55.78 to pay someone else. Then I get a letter in the mail saying I still need the brakes replaced. I will never go there for anything again. Time to check out Freedom Honda instead. More

After returning from overseas of a 3 year tour Terri was there to ensure that my vehicle stays in tip top shape given overseas locations weren't able to provide my car the care it needed. I'm glad I have someone reliable that I can depend on at this location. More
REALLY slow but really nice I was one of the first cars to get there when the service department opened. I didn’t seem like they were ready to take customers yet. About 5 people I was one of the first cars to get there when the service department opened. I didn’t seem like they were ready to take customers yet. About 5 people walked by me and apologized for the wait and said someone would help me shortly. It took about 20 minutes to hand off my keys to someone. The staff continued to be very friendly but wait was forever. In total I waited about 90 minutes for an oil change on a 6 Mo th old car. I probably won’t go again because it’s simply not worth the wait. More

Annual service I brought my 2001 Honda Accord LX for annual service and because I was low on oil. I explained this to the service advisor who noted it for the Techs. The service was done quickly which is great and I got my report. I didn't feel that I was given a full explaination of what needed to be corrected and what is most important first. When I come in Terri, who I normally see, goes over everything in detail. I know I need to get the services done but not sure which needs to be done first. Bess was very helpful and I always appreciate the service I get when I come in. More
Above and beyond q I took my Honda Fit in for an airbag recall. After doing the recall repair, they sent me a list of other recommended work. I explained to my Service Tech, Tony G that I had recently lost my job and could not afford any of the work at this time. I had a brake light out and he was concerned I would get a ticket. I checked online and found a replacement bulb and a friend who would put it in for free. When I arrived at the dealership, Tony said the parts dept. had the bulb, which was the same price as the other location, and if I bought it there, he'd put it in for free to avoid getting a ticket, and in consideration of my limited funds. This is the type of treatment that keeps customers coming back. I appreciate the customer service that was given by Tony G. More
