Front Range Honda has given me the run-around from the minute the finance guy took my signed check. Being on a tight timeframe, they had promised me the title for the vehicle "within 7-8 days...as soon a minute the finance guy took my signed check. Being on a tight timeframe, they had promised me the title for the vehicle "within 7-8 days...as soon as the check clears." They had even promised to attempt to get it to me sooner given my circumstances. It has now been 24 days, and I have STILL have not recieved my title. I have called several times and got the run around. Today I called and was FINALLY told that the reason it is takng so long is because they had lost the original MSO needed to get a duplicate, and also that it was their policy all along to "send the titles after 15 business days" and not before. NOne of this was ever communicated to me in any other conversations I have had with them. With the vehicle, I had purchased the all-seasons package (inc. floor mats, trunk tray and mud guards) I set up an appointment through the salesman, who told me it would take "15 minutes". I dropped my vehicle off and waited in the waiting room 1 hour and 40 minutes before bieng told that they just discovered they didn't actually have the mud guards, and so I would have to come back for another appointment. You would think they would actually check their inventory before making an appointment...but I guess not... The dealership was incredibly eager to get my sale...but completely screwed up the end-game. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. More
We bought a new 2006 Ridgeline RTL Navi & CRV EX from the same salesperson at Front Range Honda on Academy Blvd. Being a CASH transaction ( $ 55,000 ), it really opened up their eyes & put big smiles on the same salesperson at Front Range Honda on Academy Blvd. Being a CASH transaction ( $ 55,000 ), it really opened up their eyes & put big smiles on their faces. I traded my 2000 Civic LX in on the CRV & accepted the LOW-BALL trade-in price that they offered me. I figured they would take care of me the next time I came in to buy a car, since I gave them everything they asked for these 2 times. People seem to get new cars about every 3 - 7 yrs here. We thought they would be our " car dealership " & never had a reason to not think that. We did get the follow-up phone calls 3 months after the transaction, but then never heard from them again for 2 years. I figured that Front Range Honda would want our business again. Today we spent 3 hrs there trying to get a Civic Hybrid NAVI. We test drove it, liked it & got down to the business of the deal. Whoever their " SECRET NEGOTIATOR " is in the " HIDDEN ROOM " that our sales person would jump up & go see when I wouldn't give in to their prices, just lost us as long term customers. In today's economy, a business can't always make the BIG $$$ on every transaction, but it should be more important to the company to maintain the repeat customer, knowing that over a period of years they could possibly be buying 3 - 7+, new cars from the same dealer & that word of mouth is just " FREE ADVERTISING " for them. Unfortunately, most companies are out for the FAST BUCK & don't care about the long term relationship that can be formed to benefit both parties for the " BIG PICTURE ". Again they LOW-BALLED my Ridgeline RTL NAVI trade-in, & tried to sell me the Hybrid at MSRP price. It was a MISTAKE to think they would " TAKE CARE " of me this time. I will purchase my new cars anywhere else, BUT Front Range Honda, due to the way today's transaction was handled. More
I have visited this service department 3 times in 6 months and each time my car was not completed on time. The last time I took it in I needed a part replaced and the service rep ordered it however, w months and each time my car was not completed on time. The last time I took it in I needed a part replaced and the service rep ordered it however, when I called a week and a half later after not hearing from him, they put my part on a another car. He then had to re-order the part which before they were going to pay for but they wanted me to pay for half. Worst of all they are the only Honda dealer in town. Poor, poor, poor service all around. I rather drive 70 miles to Denver for service. More
