I took my Odyssey in for a transmission check. Danny told me it would take up to an hour and a half but he would try for an hour. 3 hours later I hadn't heard anything, was getting tired of waiting and told me it would take up to an hour and a half but he would try for an hour. 3 hours later I hadn't heard anything, was getting tired of waiting and told the cashier I wanted my car. She called and relayed the request that I wanted my car. 20-25 minutes later I again told the cashier I wanted my car. About ten minutes later a kid showed up with my car. I left without the knowledge I came in for. I emailed Tim Baldridge, the owner, about my experience and he apologized and would look into it. I asked him to find out if the test drive had been done and the result. I didn't hear from him. A few days later I asked if "it isn't my problem" came from the top down and he, apparently didn't read my request for the information. From this experience I assume that he can afford to lose this customer. And he has. I will go somewhere else. More
I went in for a broken key fobby the screw was stripped so they had to crack it open and replace the back and screw.. I also got another key fobby and my glove box fixed as it was stuck and wouldnt open. T so they had to crack it open and replace the back and screw.. This program is definitely irratating. This is the fourth time I've had to type this. Phil Luce was excellent in every way when I bought my car. He is an asset to Front Range Honda. I have recommend Front Range Honda and Phil to many of my friends. I have purchased three Hondas from Front Range Honda, whic speaks to the quality of the dealership. Terri Jamison is also excellent as a customer service advisor. I always go to her when I have my cars serviced at Honda and have for all of the cars I purchased there. She is knowledgeable and helpful and is also an asset to Front Range Honda. More
I was reluctant to go into Front Range vbecause I have heard alot of horror stories about buying from dealerships.From the moment I walked in Robert was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and willing to he heard alot of horror stories about buying from dealerships.From the moment I walked in Robert was friendly, extremely knowledgable, and willing to help in any and all ways possible. Even though I didnt get exactly what I wanted, they found an amzing compromise which I actually like more than what I was going to get. The entire staff was very friendly and patient with me while I was trying to decide between a Sport model, and base, stick or automatic, blue or black. They answered every question I had and the best thing was, there was 0 pressure. I cannot stand being pressured into anything. Robert told me about the features, explained the differences, and didnt force me to sign anything I didnt want to. The finance fellow also did not pressure me at all. This was by far the most smoothest transaction I have had purchasing a vehicle. They also have been following up with me to make sure I am 100% satisfied and to see if I have any questions. The customer service was ABSOLUTLY AMAZING and far better than I would have ever expected. I am confident I made the right choice going to Front Range. The price on the car was amazing as well.
