The team I worked with was very knowledgeable and listened to my questions and answered every question. The best part was that my old car had a steering wheel cover that I really wanted to keep, but listened to my questions and answered every question. John took very good care of us. He spent extra time in showing my wife what's under the hood. She was very satisfied with his extra hard effort.
