I visited Front Range Honda in search of a used CRV. I was greeted by Mike Addison who paid close attention to the specific criteria I was looking for in my future CRV. He was informative, friendly, and went out of his way to accomodate me. John stayed until past closing time so that I could test drive the car! He also got me a great deal on a tow package for the CRV, and an excellent interest rate through the financing office. Mike Addison and John Rosenbaum stand apart from the typical car salesman's negative reputation. Even the sales people not involved in my purchase were fun and friendly (Shawn!). My wife and I purchased two well-used cars at this dealership today as we worked with salesman Steve Beard. Steve was knowledgeable, courteous, truthful, helpful and patient. I'm not sure I could find a better salesman anywhere else. The price was consistent with the appraisals I found on the internet sites. We could only afford the lower-end, higher mileage, older vehicles, but we were treated as well as if we had purchased two brand-new Honda automobiles. I did not rate "customer service or quality of work" because I do not yet have any experience with these departments. I would recommend Front Range Honda and salesman Steve Beard to my best of friends and family. More
