He actually "listened" when I described what I was looking for in a car and was able to show me 2 possible cars that might work for me. He was knowledgeable and demonstrated the different functions he thought that I would like to know about. Mike walked me through the whole process so I am now the owner of a "new to ME" car and I am delighted. I did not know Mike prior to buying my car and I think that he is good and patient with all his customers since I witnessed him getting hugged by an 80 year old woman customer that had just bought a car from him.
