We came in searching for an Honda Insight. Mike was great to work with, he even went the extra mile. Honda Insights are hard to come by, but Mike was able to locate one for us. I went in to get my windshield replaced on my 2008 Accord. I brought to Aarons attention, the leather on my center armrest was bubbling up and starting to peel. Aaron said he would look into replaci Accord. I brought to Aarons attention, the leather on my center armrest was bubbling up and starting to peel. Aaron said he would look into replacing the armrest When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Aaron stated that my armrest would be replaced at no charge to me, and that he had already ordered the part. By the following weekend, my armrest was installed. My windshield looked great, but one thing. The man who installed the windshield forgot to put the housing that covered the wires back on behind the rear view mirror. I showed Aaron, and he called the installer. Within one hour, the installer was at my house, putting the housing back in my car. Aaron even called me in the evening to make sure my part had been installed, and that I was happy. Aaron cares about customers,and Honda. It clearly shows in his work ethics. Aaron went above and beyond. He is friendly, and communicates very well. We need more people like Aaron around. He is a great asset to Front Range Honda. More

I went to buy a clip for my visor (bought 2-one as a spare!) $6 for both. Then went to service dept to inquire about the panel between my front and back window. When driving at high speed-it sounds like my window is open a crack. Aaron Linder took a loook at it and fixed it inless than 2 minutes! All it needed was a new screw and some tightening. Then he changed my visor clip for me! Again-less than 2 minutes and didn't charge me for either. He also made an appt for a diagnostic for the SRS light and explained that if it's a seatbelt sensor issue that it's covered by warrantee even though my car is a 2002! That was the most enjoyalbe and inexpensive trip I have EVER made to ANY car dealer! Aaron was courteous and polite as well as informative. Great employee and a KEEPER! John Rosenbaum really made the experience worthwhile to me. He never pressured me in any direction, was sensitive to listen to what I wanted as a customer, and was very patient as I looked at a variety of me. We even had fun as we were bantering back and forth during the negotiating of the deal I could get on the RAV4 that I wanted. By the way, love the car. It is a great SUV. I also have to say that I appreciate the finance guy (can't remember his name) that walked me through all the paperwork. It was a seamless deal. I also appreciate the warranty deal that he added to the package (with my permission, of course). Gives me peace of mind knowing that I've got some good coverage while I own that vehicle, even if I never have to use it. More
I want to thank Aaron and service technician Ryan for their help on August 29, 2011. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my wife's 2006 Civic and had her back on the road in less than 30 minutes.
