Bob worked with his manager and gave us a great price and finance rate over the phone. He was very patient with us when we changed some requirements and had a very short timeline to finish the deal. In the end we chose the Honda Civic sedan and I felt so happy as my son drove back to CU Boulder that very night. This was the best decision we ever made. Being that I am soon to be re-deployed, I started shopping online for a vehicle. We saw one that caught our attention on Autotrader.com listed by Front Range Honda. I asked my wife to go by there and check it out and test drive it to see if she liked it. Garrett immediately answered any questions she had. He thought our pre-approved loan through our bank had an interest rate too high, worked his magic, and got us a lower interest rate by 10%! Garrett patiently explained all of the paperwork my wife needed to sign to get the vehicle in my name through power of attorney and executed a professional and enjoyable transaction of purchasing the vehicle. Furthermore, he and another sales rep helped my wife get the vehicle home by driving the new car home instead of her worrying how she was going to get the car to the house. How great is all that!? Outstanding in my opinion. Now, I'm not sure about the service department that people have been upset with here but, I can tell you that they certainly will take care of all of your car buying needs with zero pressure and complete patience.
