After my wife and I decided to purchase a Honda Odyssey, I contacted several dealers in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas both via email and over the phone. Bob not only provided me with the best quote on a 2012 model but also took the time to outline several costs and benefits of purchasing now (October 2012) versus waiting until the Spring/Summer of 2013. I felt no pressure from Bob to purchase earlier, he simply provided me with the information to make an educated decision. My wife and I contemplated all our options and decided to schedule a test drive. Bob was flexible with our busy schedules and set up an appointment at a time most convenient for us. Because he took the time up front to really understand our needs (growing family, budget, vehicle expectations, etc.), he did not pressure us into a more expensive vehicle nor did he push any of the Odyssey accessories on us after we decided to purchase. Bob greeted us at the dealership entrance and addressed all the members of our family by name. He listened diligently as we reviewed our priorities and as we transitioned to a walkthrough of the Odyssey, providing a detailed overview of its features and answering all our questions. Bob clearly knew the Odyssey and the capabilities of its competition (Nissan Quest, Toyota Sienna, Chrysler Town & Country). He was also candid with his comparison of the vehicles and the specific selling points of each make. To be clear, Bob was not a salesman, he was a professional whom genuinely cared about putting us in the best fit for our family. This was the third vehicle I've purchased from a dealership and I've never experienced the level of professional excellence as I did with Bob and the entire Front Range team. Our experience at Front Range Honda was exceptional. Their initial quoted prices were significantly less than other Honda dealerships, meaning I did not have to haggle to get a great deal. We paid nearly $6,000 off the MSRP (2013 models were already on the lot). No other dealer between Pueblo and North Denver was within $1,500 of Front Range's initial quote. The entire Front Range team was terrific. I cannot say enough about the service and wonderful experience we had working with Bob Chamberlain. As long as Bob continues to sell cars, we will buy exclusively from him. The difference was that significant! More

As I drove through the lot Bob came out to stop me and greet me asking if I were by chance the one talking to him via email. The truck was out for a test drive and when it returned Bob and I went for a drive and looked at as well as discussing the vehicle and its features. No hurry and no pressure Bob. When we returned to the lot we learned that the previous test drive had in fact resulted in a sale. Bob was gracious and I anticipate if they ever have anything else that I find meets my needs I will contact Bob. I'm still looking for the right truck at this time so you never know. More

Went in to see about a used vehicle. Cliff (the salesman) met me at the door and did all he could to get me a good price - he didn't pressure me in any way, but took by offer and counteroffers to t salesman) met me at the door and did all he could to get me a good price - he didn't pressure me in any way, but took by offer and counteroffers to the management without trying to pressure me with statements like "my manager told me this is the best price so don't come back, etc. (the usual sales pitch).
