I got a recommedation from a coworker to go to Front Range Honda but to ask for Shawn. I emailed for a rate of a 2014 Honda CRV-EXL with Navigation. I was quoted by Erin 27,698 and I was excited! I told my husband and we went on Saturday 15 March 14. We went there and went into the show room to look at the modle I wanted since it was cold and windy. We were approached by a younger guy maybe Dave was his name. We told him we wanted to see how much we would get for my 2007 Volvo XC90. He started the process to get it appraised. He was trying to sell me on used cars with navigation for 26k and I said "No i was quoted for a 2014 brand new with navigation for only 1k more." He didn't seem to beleive me. I told him I was quoted that by Erin the day before. We took the CRV for a test dirve and I loved it! We asked "Dave" ( I think that was his name maybe Dan) some questions and he didn't seem very knowlageable about the car which threw a red flag up for me. We go back in the to talk numbers and negotiate. They gave us a quote for our car and said they would give us 7k for my volvo I was beyond surprised. They said the CRV E-XL with Nav would cost around 30K I said out the door right? OH no that's when Erin proceded to tell me she did not quote me at 27, 698 for a CRV w/ Nav that is without. I said no the car you quoted me had it. At this point I am getting very angry because these people are in a round about way calling me a liar! I Then asked her to look it up and she did. Low and behold she did quote me on the CRV with the Nav with the price of one without. How is that my problem? That's right it's not! My husband looked over at me and said well it's up to you. I said "Honestly I just want to go because I am getting pretty aggitated because I was told that it would cost this much but now I'm being told no" That's when little miss Erin said she is only human she makes mistakes and stood up and said let me get your keys (in a very snotty voice might I add). I beleive her attitude was unacceptable. It was her mistake not mine and do not take it out on me. I should have request Shawn. The only reason I went there was because of the price I was quoted. NEVER again will I even give them the time of day. However, we did go to Freedom Honda the same day and received beyond excellent service and left with the car I wanted. More

Front range honda was excellent! I went there and traded in my 2011 civic for a brand new 2014 civic. Francisco Aponte was my sales rep, and did a fantastic job. Joe McNulty went more than out of his way to help me. He was so patient and did not hound me like Larry Miller Toyota dealership did! Also Gem who is in finance, made sure to help me get my refunds from the Toyota dealership for my extended warranty's. I traded in two low mileage Toyota's and was so relieved and pleased how your staff helped me out and was so fair on my trade in's. I have always been a Toyota customer and this was the first time I have been in a dealership that I didn't feel like "vultures" were after me. You will now have a devoted Honda fan from now on!! He made the car buying experience actually pleasant, without the least bit of pressure. It was readily apparent that his primary goal was to make the customer happy within the constraints levied upon him by the dealership. I never felt that we were in an adversarial relationship, which is unusual in today’s marketplace. He took the time to ensure that we were totally satisfied with the CR-V we were purchasing and the terms we were purchasing it under. The extra time he spent with us the day after the sale was immensely valuable in understanding the electronic wonders that Honda has put under the hood. My wife was amazed when she heard opera and show tunes, streamed from her IPhone and surrounding her, almost magically, via BlueTooth to the Honda's wonderful sound system. Also, she truly appreciates your setting up the basics of the Navigation System so she will never be lost again. Now, all she needs to do is tell the Navigation System to "Go Home" and she will be guided there. I could add many more superlatives re Shawn, but the bottom line is that I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car, new or used. More
