I called up Shawn at Front Range Honda, told him my budget and what I wanted in a car, he found a car for me to test drive the next day! I drove it home that night. While I was at the dealership I had the opportunity to meet many of the staff members, everyone I met was very friendly and helpful! Shawn especially was very professional, very friendly and guided me patiently through the process of purchasing my first car. It was a fun, exciting experience and I will be recommending Shawn and Front Range Honda to all my friends! More
HUGE PRICE INCREASE AFTER THE SALE At 6am mountain time, I responded to a new listing on Autotrader for a 2000 Ford Excursion listed for $18,585. I live in Virginia so I spent an en At 6am mountain time, I responded to a new listing on Autotrader for a 2000 Ford Excursion listed for $18,585. I live in Virginia so I spent an entire day on the phone, emailing and texting to put the deal together. I commissioned an independent diesel mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection. During this time the dealer received multiple inquires on the vehicle. At one point I had to scramble to make a deal with the manager to not sell it out from under me. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and made a deposit (with agreeable contingencies) prior to the inspection. I had been requesting email photos most of the day and was finally informed they had been uploaded to their website. When I pulled it up to show my family I was beyond disbelief when I saw they had INCREASED the price of the vehicle to $22,995.00, a $4,410 increase!!! I called to say that my entire days efforts were based on a belief they were selling it at the advertised price. I asked if they had a policy to honor advertised pricing. I employed every form of request I could think of to get them to HONOR THEIR ADVERTISED PRICE. I promised a glowing customer review if they would work with me yet the owner would not budge at all on the price! I had been searching for a vehicle like this for two months. When I made the deposit I told my family we got it! We literally did a dance. When I discovered that they raised the price, I made a conscious decision not to disappoint my family by backing out of the purchase. I fought them for two weeks to try to get them to honor their advertised price. At one point, after the vehicle had shipped the manager offered to pay the shipping ($1,008 each way) to return it to them and let me out of the deal. I found it bewildering that they were willing to spend money on shipping but not give that money to me in a gesture of good faith and good business. After taking delivery I was able to track down the previous owner. I learned that they gave him $6,000 trade in value on the truck! They put close to $4,000 into the truck prior to selling it. When they advertised it at $18,585 they knew what they were doing. It wasn’t until multiple parties called on the truck that they applied a supply and demand approach and raised the price even though they had a deposit on it. Honesty and integrity are not qualities that are demonstrated when everything is going our way. It is only when we are tested by humility or financial loss that we can truly prove we have those qualities. Sadly, the owner of Front Range Honda does not appear to care about honesty, integrity or honor but only cares about maximizing profit! It pains me to have to write this review. The staff is tremendous! They are friendly, courteous and very pleasant to work with. I am conflicted because I would feel terrible if this review affected the livelihood of the great people that work at this dealership. The owner does not appear to care about satisfied customers, repeat business or how negative reviews impact the livelihood of the people who have made his business what it is. Additionally, he does not seem to understand the power of social media and the negative impact of customer reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! If you agree that this is an egregious display of bad business that demonstrates disrespect for the customer, please take action. Copy and paste this into an email and send it to your friends. Share it on Facebook and every other medium you have access to. Email the owner at tbaldridge@frontrangehonda.com and the manager callen@frontrangehonda.com and tell them you won’t be doing business with them. Help me show Front Range Honda that the little guy isn’t as little and powerless as he used to be thanks to social media. More

They did everything I asked for to complete the sale. Don was extremely helpful to accomodate all my wishes, he even extended to keep my doggies very comfortable, out of the hot sun. Most sales people promise you the world and hardly deliver what they say, but Don was an exception, he really delivered. He even convinced me not to check CarMax that also had a Pilot for sale by offering me a better price to compensate for the tires he couldn`t deliver (due to the different wheel size) .Overall this was a pleasant buying experience, and I am very happy with my purchase! I will highy recommend this dealership and Don Crisp. Thank you for all the effort and making it a positive experience for me. More
