We did a test drive and had all the paperwork done in a few short hours. Very quick and easy car buying experience. Thank you. More

Went with the oil change but specified I wanted to use genuine Honda motor oil instead of their barrel oil. She tells me it’ll cost more. So I asked how much, she didn’t know and said she’ll get with me and to go have a seat in the waiting area. I told her I have other concerns like my car vibrates periodically under acceleration. She tells me the oil techs don’t diagnose and I would have to leave it with a more experienced tech for the day. I opted out of that and proceeded with the oil change. Took a seat in the waiting area, and about 10minutes later she comes in to use the vending machine. Gets her Mountain Dew and starts walking past me, I asked did you find out about the price change. She said “oh no I forgot, I’ll go find out”. 20minutes later she tells me to actually cheaper to use conventional oil but the price of the oil change is staying the same. I just thought whatever, her attitude isn’t right. My car is done an hour and a half later. I went out and checked the oil level and the drain bolt. I saw it was leaking and thought it was residual no biggie. Get in the car and my maintenance required light is still flashing. So I reset it my self. I went home and about 4 hours later I’m in the garage with the door opened and the car in the driveway it’s on a incline so I can see underneath it. There was a puddle of oil. I drove right back to Honda and let them know it’s leaking. A tech comes out in the service line gets underneath and I got down too. I watched him turn the oil drain bolt a full two times. He comes back with a wrench and tightens it. I asked for the service manager who’s name is Art. He comes out and says “what’s up”. I stuck my hand out and told him my name. And never said his. Told him my concerns and he tells me that we’re human and we make mistakes. I told him ok I see how your taking this I don’t care to talk anymore. I can understand if the tech was doing multiple flushes and other jobs on the car to where he might forget to tighten one bolt. But this was one job and one job only a oil and filter change. Everyone in there has a go f*** yourself attitude. They ended up giving me a free oil change for the next time. But I clearly told them I don’t want it because I’m never coming back. You just lost my business. I’m mechanically inclined, graduated from mechanic technical school, worked in a service department myself as a service advisor. I know how it goes, I just don’t have the garage room to do my oil changes right now, but because we’re human and make mistakes is not a good answer when there was only one job to perform and to do it right the first time. I’ll be looking for a new Honda dealership to have my vehicles serviced at from now on. I’m a loyal customer and hardly ever complain unless there’s a real issue. And you guys screwed up, giving me a free oil change for next time when your techs couldn’t complete it right the first time is not instilling confidence for me to return. Bottom line, stay away let this dealership fail, it already switched owners and now you can see where it’s heading. Service department are your money makers I’d like to hear some stories of people going in for oil change and being advised that they’d have to spend “xxxx.xx” amount of dollars for safety concerns or some load of crap like that. My car is an 04’ not perfect it needs axle boot, shocks all the way around, new spark plugs, air filter cleaned (it’s a k&n) probably some other things I haven’t noticed yet. And they tell me everything checks out perfect. That’s a load of crap no one knows my car better than me. I’ve owned it since 07’. You guys need to get real and get off the upsale side of things and take care of your customers. But that’s the service managers fault it all comes from the top. If they don’t lead and uphold their techs to a higher standard they will do as they please and just collect a paycheck. More
Terrible auto service I had Mike Maroone's service center repair a few minor oil leeks, replace the timing belt and water pump on my 2002 honda civic, the oil pan seal they I had Mike Maroone's service center repair a few minor oil leeks, replace the timing belt and water pump on my 2002 honda civic, the oil pan seal they installed failed resulting in the loss of most of the oil in the engine, they replaced the faulty oil pan seal. My car did not use any oil between oil changes, it has over 270,000 miles on it, those miles didn't happen by me abusing and neglecting the car I have taken very good care of it. The car now has engine noise and burns one quart of oil every 1000 miles. I have been told by Art (Service Manager) that the cars oil consumption is perfectly within Honda's specifications (even a new car) and Mike Maroone will not fix my engine because there is nothing wrong. Be forewarned do not take your car to this dealer for service, and be aware if you buy a car (new or used) that uses this ridiculous amount of oil Mike Maroone will tell you there is nothing wrong, it is perfectly acceptable oil consumption. A joke My husband and I went to Mike Maroone on a recommendation. My husband recently was promoted to a new job, he is going to be putting over 600 miles on a vehicle every two weeks. We decided that a Honda was going to be the best way to go. After a lot of research, speaking with other individuals and reading reviews we went in to speak with them about what they could do for us. We fell in love with a Civic and have now owned the vehicle for about a month. Today we received a phone call from the dealership telling us that regardless of the financial documents that we have already signed, they had to submit a new application to the credit union on our behalf. Well our interest rate went up to almost 15% and our payments increased bay almost $200. We asked how this could happen and why since we have already signed all the paperwork and have owned the car for almost a month, we were told nothing except this is how it works. Things don't add up here! More

I called Mike Maroone Honda and made an appointment to address this issue. Upon arrival, I was told they didn't have the part to replace the faulty part, if in fact the part in my car was faulty. If my part was found to be faulty, I would have to come back at a later date to its installation. In addition, this appointment would take from one and a half hours to one hour and 45 minutes. This appointment, in fact, took two hours and 45 minutes. More
Had the car over three months and still can't get plates Bought a used SUV on a Friday night and brought my own financing with me (from my bank that I have a great relationship with (USAA)). Some pressure t Bought a used SUV on a Friday night and brought my own financing with me (from my bank that I have a great relationship with (USAA)). Some pressure to let them try to get a better deal for me than my bank had, I turned it down and they didn't press too hard. Getting the actual closing paperwork signed was a total nightmare. The bank finally had to email them the complete loan binder before they would let us sign. Next day the check engine light comes on. Took it back, they told me to tighten the gas cap (it is a capless fuel system) and reset the light. A week later the light is back on. Back to the dealer, they cleaned the seal around the outer fuel door and reset the light. Some time later the light is back on, they recommend getting the locking fuel filler plug (at my own expense) and reset the light. The plug did keep the light off for a week or two, but it is back on. I quit taking it in. In the mean time the bank has called because they never got the paperwork from the dealer for the sale so they are going to cancel the loan. I call the dealer in a panic and they send the paperwork to the bank (45 days after I signed for the car). A week later, I realize the temp tags are expiring. They haven't sent the paperwork to DMV yet!!!!! I get a second set of temp tags. They assure me that they will get the paperwork to DMV in the next week. 5 WEEKS later, I'm at DMV and am told that they sent the paperwork back to the dealer as it was incomplete!!!! Called the dealer, am assured that the paperwork was resubmitted that morning and am guaranteed that I will be able to get my plates the next day. Back to DMV...they do a manual search (talk about waiting forever for an answer) and assure me that they do not have it. Back to the dealer....finally, handed a stack of paperwork and a check for DMV to I can turn the paperwork in myself and theoretically get plates finally. Will be going to DMV tomorrow as the 2nd set of temp tags expires this week. Not having much faith at this point that I will ever get real tags for the thing without getting a lawyer involved. Looking at the stack of paperwork tonight I realize that date stamps on it don't match the dates that the dealer claims they sent it in, got it back, or (didn't) resubmit it. That would make at least three lies just on the DMV interactions. Then there is the lie that my bank didn't send them the paperwork they needed and that's why the paperwork was incomplete when the bank sent them the entire loan binder before they would even let me sign for the car. The list goes on. Save yourself the time and aggravation...go somewhere else. If I could give Jason (sales manager) negative stars I would. More

When I arrived I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for this work. Totally unacceptable. I was told there was a waiting line when they opened; meaning these individuals had priority over a scheduled appointment. There is HIGH probability I will not use their service in the future. More

He was very pushy, and when informed that my wife doesn't like to communicate with salesman because of the fast talk he took it personally. What's more, my wife didn't tell him that truth. I did. He immediately stated that he didn't like customers with an attitude, my wife exits, and then he continues to tell me how ridiculous my wife is. I would talk to other salesman at this dealership. Tony McIntosh was at least understanding. More
