When it came time to decide she explained all of our options and let us decide. Everyone at the dealership was kind and displayed excellent teamwork!! Austin was finance guy and he explained the financial part well . Austin took his time with us making sure this worked for us . And absolutely horrible experience I have been paying on a car that I cannot drive for the past 3 months. I thought there was a lemon 8 law but I have been ignored. Customer service is absolutely not existent my mother was made fun of when trying to pick up car seats and nothing is being resolved with my vehicle and I'm extremely upset with paying for the warranty that has done nothing to cover no costs or expense. Without a card is hard for me to get to work to pay the car payment and insurance along with me having three children I need to support and still being able to make rent and pay them off my probation cost. This has been the absolutely worst experience I have ever had with any car dealership and no one is reaching back out to me. I have left numerous voicemails and have tried to reach out to one of the managers named Eric and I have reached out to Marty on multiple occasions and both have not returned either of my phone calls I'm extremely upset that this is happening to me and creating me so much heartache then me just buying a car on Facebook. More
