Poor customer service center representitive After purchasing a 2016 F-250, 29000 miles, engine light was on 1-7. Asked it I could get a scan and see what it was. The light is not blinking. Service rep says “well I have to have a tech look at it and we will have to pay him”. I mentioned they check them for free elsewhere. Then the other service representative told me “ Well maybe you should go due that, then!” I never had this happen at any dealership, ever. I also mentioned “I bought this here, maybe I might not buy here again”. His response was simply “maybe”. I was literally turned away with “have a nice day”!, I think your people need better customer interaction. Incredible. After this happened I mention this to some employees at my work and they said that they have experience similar treatment. Maybe I won’t do business there again! I have no clue who these two gentlemen were covering the service area on Saturday around 1030. Have a nice day! More

In our experience, Brent was very calm, easygoing and made a deal come together. He made what he said happen. No running back and forth changing numbers, no pressure and took time to present several options. Without a doubt, Brent made this experience the best auto transaction we have ever done. One of the first things I was told when I walked into this p I'm Barb 23 years old First time buyer, with zero knowledge about vehicle purchases. One of the first things I was told when I walked into this place was "We don't want to do anything to hurt our integrity as a company." I was in looking at a Ford Focus that caught my interest online. My sales rep was Greg Milczuk. I was ecstatic about this car because the prior dealership I looked at to purchase the same model car refused to even attempt to finance me due to my credit or lack there of. So we went for a test drive, loved the car. It sounded great, looked great, there was a little damage on the rear bumper but otherwise great condition. So they immediately got me started on paperwork. They hyped up the idea that they could miraculously get it financed and sent me in the back, talked me into signing all these papers so I wouldn't lose my chance to get the car and we agreed to finalize the deal after a few days. I went home and told my folks about it. They're faces dropped when I started talking numbers. Little did I know, I was talked into signing up for a bunch of things I wouldn't need (warranties, gap, etc) at an interest rate of 21%!!! I was looking at a 72 month payment plan of about $256 with a down payment of $2500. After it's all said and done, I was about to spend $20,932 on a car with a kelly blue book value of about 7k. Not only that, but ensuring that particular vehicle was going to cost me at least $300/mo with coverages at the state minimum. I can't afford that!!! So I called them back wanting to cancel the deal. I've been told by both Greg and the sales manager, Jeremiah that I signed the contracts and can't back out. They did offer to try to lower the down payment or maybe work toward a lower interest rate with the banks, which to me I indicates that they CAN go ahead and make the contracts null and void if they really want to help. So why not the entire purchase? So they're trying to force me to finalize the deal on car that I'm expected to pay almost 3 times the value of, with insurance I cant afford?? Not gonna happen. So I was told they're gonna send the unpaid down payment to collections and that'll be the end of it. More
