I knew what I wanted and didn't the process was swift, effortless and I was in and out in about 3.5 hours. I've never bought a vehicle this fast and painfree. For my trade in value, I feel the dealer undervalued my trade compared to NADA values, but at the end of the day we reached an agreement on price and payment, so it worked out! Thanks Gents! More

The following are facts, not opinions: I purchased a used vehicle from Maroone Ford Longmont recently and needed to coordinate details, inspection The following are facts, not opinions: I purchased a used vehicle from Maroone Ford Longmont recently and needed to coordinate details, inspections, etc from afar as I live nearly 3 hours away. The communication from my salesperson throughout was great, giving me peace of mind in the purchasing process. The issues arose once I took possession of the vehicle. Firstly, the vehicle was not cleaned. I specifically requested a detail (inside and out) as the vehicle was used and clearly not kept clean by the previous owner. As the keys were handed over, it was clear the vehicle had been run through an automatic car wash at best, and yet there were even mud sling from puddles near the wheel arches. This was disappointing but eventually became the least of my worries. The vehicle had clearly been in need of a brake service which was not expressly divulged by the sales person. Again, purchasing a vehicle remotely comes with some risk, but I trusted my sales person to be open and honest about the condition of the vehicle - which he was not. Fast forward to some weeks later and I’m able to have the vehicle inspected to address the braking issues by a reputable dealership in my area, and a slew of issues were uncovered including oil leaks, timing seal issues, thermostat problems and more (in addition to the aforementioned brake problems). A full write up and vehicle inspection video was provided to validate the findings, which I then brought to Maroone Ford for resolution. I was promptly offered assistance, so I had some peace of mind, albeit the logistical matter of sorting through all of these issues was beginning to take a toll. Initially I was offered to have the vehicle reinspected at Maroone’s expense by a local independent shop in my area. I took the sales manager up on this offer, to then backtrack and the manager insisting I bring the vehicle back to Maroone Ford. I was clear about the issues, shared the write up and video and was optimistic a resolution could be met. I was offered a loaner vehicle in the interim (which I was grateful for) to then quickly be told the vehicle was inspected by the Maroone Ford service manager and there was nothing wrong with vehicle whatsoever. This was incredibly frustrating as I knew for a fact there were braking issues as I had been driving the vehicle for weeks expediting the issue on a daily basis. The leaks and timing and thermostat issues the certified dealership mechanic outlined were, according to the Maroone Ford sales manager, presented as a thinly veiled attempt to gouge me for unnecessary work, but my personal experience with their service center was transparent and detailed while Maroone Ford provided no proof of inspection, gave no detail to review and was clearly towards the end goal of taking no ownership in the issues and leaving me holding the bag. When I requested a video of the inspection, it was denied. Take that as you will. We all recognize that purchasing used vehicles comes with some risk, and I accepted such risk when purchasing with Maroone Ford. What I had hoped for, however, was a level of service, accountability, honesty and an attempt to do right by the customer. Unfortunately I was left feeling lied to, felt zero accountability by Maroone Ford and like many - on the receiving end of a very poor used vehicle purchase experience. It is clear that many others have experienced a positive buying experience at Maroone Ford based on reviews, but I can confidently say I am not one of them. I would strongly encourage any potential buyer to be extremely cautious. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase. More
Mike Maroone Ford has taken care of servicing my Ford F150 for 2 years - In particular Julio in the service department and Dwayne as the mechanic - they are both incredible with not only the work done bu F150 for 2 years - In particular Julio in the service department and Dwayne as the mechanic - they are both incredible with not only the work done but they always treat me soooo well. My truck needed to be in the shop for a while so Julio hooked me up with Rachel Reichard who gave me a loaner car - i am sooo grateful - Rachel took GREAT care of me!! She helped me out with all my concerns and questions -gave me her cell and made me feel so comfortable with the loaner!! I sooo appreciate her and am grateful to all 3 Julio, Dwayne and Rachel!! Thank you Mike Maroone for having a great Team working with me!!! More

I purchased my truck on June 18th. To date June 24th, my 5th wheel has not been installed. I really appreciated the help I received from Paul and Bartley. I went in looking at used fleet vehicles but did not really know what I wanted. Bartley showed me a few options both new and used, and I decided to go with a new truck that suited my hauling and family needs. What sold me was the low interest rate on new vehicles vs the higher interest rate on used. It really worked for me. I also don’t like haggling, so the price “is what it is” was a good thing for me. Car shopping is not a fun thing for me, but I had a good experience here. More
