The customer service was excellent from the minute that I came to the dealership. The customer service was very helpful but not pushy at all. Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a truck here. Initially talked with Jim who was very helpful helping us determine what options, etc. were available. I can say enough about process. By the time we finished, we had met the sales manager, finance manager and a few more who helped us move items from our trade to the new vehicle. All this at -3 degrees. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We ended up getting the vehicle and deal we were looking for. Everyone we worked with listened to us and our needs. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW 2010 FORD FOCUS AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH LONGMONT FORD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY CAR. I THOUGHT THAT JESSICA WAS A GREAT SALESPERSON. NOT ONLY WAS SHE VERY K HAPPY WITH LONGMONT FORD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH MY CAR. I THOUGHT THAT JESSICA WAS A GREAT SALESPERSON. NOT ONLY WAS SHE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VEHICLES I WAS LOOKING AT, BUT HER PERSONALITY WAS VERY ENTERTAINING. SHE WAS QUITE GOOD AT LISTENING TO WHAT I WANTED, BOTH IN A VEHICLE AND IN MY BUDGET. AFTER PICKING OUT THE CAR I WANTED, SHE TOOK THE TIME TO GO OVER EVERYTHING WITH ME, ESPECIALLY THE SYNC SYSTEM, WHICH I HAD NEVER HAD. I HAVE EVEN HAD TO CONTACT HER AFTER MY PURCHASE WITH SOME QUESTIONS AND SHE HAS NOT FAILED TO BE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THEM. I FIND THIS TO BE VERY REASSURING. JESSICA DIRECTED ME TO CHAS FOR FINANCING. HE SEEMED QUITE PERSONABLE AND VERY THOROUGH. HE EXPLAINED ALL OF THE FINANCING THAT WAS AVAILABLE TO ME ALONG WITH OPTIONAL WARRANTIES AND INSURANCES. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE WARRANTIES. IN THE END, I CHOSE ONLY THE GAP INSURANCE, WHICH MADE SENSE TO ME. I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS ON A BUDGET AND THAT I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE MANUFACTURES WARRANTY THAT CAME WITH THE CAR. HE EXPLAINED THE POSITIVES AND NEGATIVES OF MY DECISION BUT WAS NEVER PUSHY WHEN I DECLINED. OVERALL, I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT LONGMONT FORD. JESSICA (AND CHAS) MADE IT A GOOD DAY.
