I contacted Longmont Ford over the internet and in response Jeremy Brislow followed up and contacted me by phone. Jeremy was extremely polite and businesslike in his demeanor. I told him that I had also made contact with another Ford Dealership closer to home. He immediately informed me that he would make it worth my while to come up and talk to him in person. I did meet with Jeremy on 8/10/11 and after a very brief conversation and discussion on my trade-in we arrived at a deal. Greg, the Sales Manager, met with my wife and I and completed; what was probably the most enjoyable, low pressured purchase, of my new 2011 Ford Ranger. Jeremy quickly prepared the file and swept us off to the Finance Department where we met with Josh. Josh discussed all of the purchase details with us and was extremely helpful in providing us with additional bumper to bumper protection. My wife Patti, and I were completely satisfied with Longmont Ford, and will continue to do business with them. Even though we travelled from a distance 90 minutes south, Jeremy kept his promise and made it worth our while! Also, we plan on telling everyone of our great experience. More
I saw a 2000 Ford Explorer on the internet and sent an email inquiry to the dealer. Jim Cannon got back to me very quickly and also called to answer my questions. Unfortunately, there had been a serious accident with a family of four right in front of the dealership so Jim called me to give me directions to avoid the accident and get to the dealership. We looked at the car, drove it and discovered that (according to their service technician) it had a problem with the O rings which caused a vacuum leak which caused the car to labor when idling. After some discussion, they agreed to fix the problem at NO COST to us! I was pleasantly astounded. Jim has been suffering with a health problem the whole time we have dealt with him and he has been stellar despite his pain. We were treated very well by everyone with whom we spoke about the vehicle. I suspect they lost money on this car but they will make it up with the referral business I will send their way. I am very rarely enthusiastic about a car dealer but this one has totally won me over. I will recommend them to everyone I know. More

My experience at Longmont Ford was overall very good. I was looking for pre-owned vehicles. They had the vehicle I was looking for at a price I couldn't resist. Joey was willing to work with me as a firs was looking for pre-owned vehicles. They had the vehicle I was looking for at a price I couldn't resist. Joey was willing to work with me as a first time buyer, even accepting my old beater of a truck as trade-in. Joey has an enthusiasm for what he does. This sometimes comes off as a little pushy, but nothing at all like I'd experienced at other dealerships. I think the pressure was only put on because another family was looking at the same vehicle I was. This was definitely not enough to put me off from this dealership. They work to get you into the car you want at the right price and even found me very good financing. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the area. More

Jeremy was excellent in customer service assistance. The only issue we had was not related to Jeremy, but to the dealership with regard to a $399.50 dealer handling charge that was referenced in fine print. only issue we had was not related to Jeremy, but to the dealership with regard to a $399.50 dealer handling charge that was referenced in fine print.
