Found a great price on a used Honda Pilot on the internet. Went in and purchased the vehicle at that price (there is no negotiation on those prices - believe me, I tried - but the price was very co internet. The dealership makes its money on their dealer fee through volume (not markup) - Which basically means there is always a $599 dealer fee tacked onto the sale price - but even with the fee it was priced comparable to private party prices. They were up front about the fee and had it listed on signs everywhere, so they didn't try to sneak anything in. Would happily buy a car from them again. More

Unfortunately my financing fell through but thankfully BJ suggested financing it through the dealership and made it possible for me to still my bank. He was very easy to deal with, as was everyone we talked with. My dealing with Ed Trejo at Longmont Ford was awesome from the get go. I had been dealing with dealership all over the country trying to find a Buick Enclave, and constantly dealt with sales people that from the get go. Ed on the other hand was there to serve me from the first phone call, He said he was working on a sale but would send me some pictures as soon as he could and thats what all the other sales people around the U.S. said the I wouldnt hear from them again without bugging them. Ed got me the pictures within a hour or two. Over the next couple of days Ed walked me through the process of purchasing the car with no problems. I'll have to say this was my first big purchase over the internet siteunseen, the car was everthing Ed said and more.
