I had originally brought my 2002 Focus to Midas for rear brake service because the emergency brake wasn't working. After installing new shoes, they basically told me to go to Ford, as they were unable to f brake service because the emergency brake wasn't working. After installing new shoes, they basically told me to go to Ford, as they were unable to figure out what was wrong with my cable and fix it. At this point I was rather upset, as the Longmont Ford dealership is almost 20 miles from where I live, and my car hadn't been fixed. Thankfully the guys at Ford were upfront, courteous, and most of all, competent. They spent the time to actually figure out what was wrong, replaced a few things that Midas was too lazy/incompetent to do, and were glad to help when I had a slight problem a few weeks later (which is more than I can say for Midas, who wanted nothing to with me). Even though things ended up taking longer than originally anticipated, as a few problems appeared during the repairs, Chris and the guys at Ford were excellent. They did the last repair as a courtesy, even though it was probably something Midas should have done in the first place, and for that I am grateful. I would definitely bring my Focus in for service again in the future, despite having numerous repair shops closer to me. More

I purchased a used corvette. After all the paperwork was signed they "delivered" the car to me. At that point there was no key. Only 1 fob existed(that I knew). Armed with all of this, I knew what I saw online was an excellent price for the vehicle; and as it happened, I was in the right spot at the right time. Although Joey was very busy, he answered most of my questions, and I had to make a decision right away or lose the 'best deal' around to another customer. This was not just a sales ploy, I saw the other customer test drive MY vehicle after I did! If I would have had more time to review the financing and the cost of the other addons, Joey and this dealership would have scored Great on Overall Experience and Customer Service. More

We traveled from Denver to Longmont to buy a 2006 Suburban LTZ from Vico. He is one of the Internet Salespeople at Longmont Ford. He was very upfront throughout the entire deal. Vico is efficient and knows what he is doing. He is extremely friendly. We experienced no "Buyers Remorse" the next morning, like we have in the past with other auto deals. We love our suburban. We really feel that everything that Vico knew about the vehicle he communicated to us. The finance manager worked quickly. He explained things clearly to us. He also was a good person to work with. All the employees we encountered there had a smile and a friendliness about them. We were made to feel comfortable. You can't say this about all dealerships, but, we would purchase a vehicle through this dealership and this salesman again. More
