I have a 2010 Infiniti QX56 that had an alignment issue that Infiniti of Denver had stated was within spec. Chris had found out it was out of spec and the rear end was not able to become within spec with that Infiniti of Denver had stated was within spec. Chris had found out it was out of spec and the rear end was not able to become within spec with out a camber kit. I went to Infiniti of Denver and had them warranty the camber kit and re-align. This would be the second time Infiniti screwed up the alignment(but hey I got the camber kit). I brought it back to Chris and had him fit the alignment with the new camber kit and now it drives straight and true. Chris also re-balanced my tires as Infiniti couldn't even get that right. I love the QX56 but Longmont Ford is my service center because they are the best. More
Ed the salesman was very knowledgeable and took the time needed to satisfy all my wife questions. Josh the finance guy worked very hard for our business.Since I had been in finance before, he got us a good interest rate and worked with us till every part of the deal was complete. Working with Ed Trejo made the auto purchase experience much more pleasant than expected. Ed did not pressure us nor wear us down as other salesmen at other dealerships have done in the past. After an issue with a used vehicle arose a few days after purchase, Ed immediately made arrangements for service to take care of the repair and we had the van back the next day at no charge. More

We had some credit issues and called Longmont Ford and BJ said we help people with any credit situation so being a little skeptical we went to the dealership anyway. They were very friendly, and not pushy. I was the one that brought up wanting to talk numbers. While it did take a bit of a waiting, the car was making a funny squel and they wanted to make sure they f that brought up wanting to talk numbers. I had originally brought my 2002 Focus to Midas for rear brake service because the emergency brake wasn't working. After installing new shoes, they basically told me to go to Ford, as they were unable to f brake service because the emergency brake wasn't working. After installing new shoes, they basically told me to go to Ford, as they were unable to figure out what was wrong with my cable and fix it. At this point I was rather upset, as the Longmont Ford dealership is almost 20 miles from where I live, and my car hadn't been fixed. Thankfully the guys at Ford were upfront, courteous, and most of all, competent. They spent the time to actually figure out what was wrong, replaced a few things that Midas was too lazy/incompetent to do, and were glad to help when I had a slight problem a few weeks later (which is more than I can say for Midas, who wanted nothing to with me). Even though things ended up taking longer than originally anticipated, as a few problems appeared during the repairs, Chris and the guys at Ford were excellent. They did the last repair as a courtesy, even though it was probably something Midas should have done in the first place, and for that I am grateful. I would definitely bring my Focus in for service again in the future, despite having numerous repair shops closer to me. More
