Last Thursday, Andy met with me briefly just so I coul I traded in my 2021 Silverado for a brand new Colorado. (Worked with both Andy and Anthony). Last Thursday, Andy met with me briefly just so I could take a quick look at the truck I saw online. After making sure it was something I wanted I told him I would return Saturday if we could make all the numbers work. I told him where I wanted to be for the payment and what I need to get for the Silverado. After a few hours he contacted me and put everything together to accomodate my needs. I asked him to make sure he had as much of the paperwork done ahead of time so my wife and I wouldn't be sitting there for hours when we came to pick up the vehicle. As promised, he had everything ready to go when we arrived and the vehicle was by the showroom, completely detailed and a full tank of fuel. We literally sat with their finance specialist for roughly 15 minutes, shook everybody's hand, and were on our way. In and out inside of an hour. This is my 3rd new car purchased from this dealership. The first 2 were when it was under previous ownership. I can tell you for certain that Mike Maroone has completely transformed this entire dealership for the better and made this THE best car buying experience I have ever had. Well done guys!
