Stay far away from this dealer. The mechanics know “ZERO “ troubleshooting skills. They read codes send you pictures with prices. Note one problem can trigger several codes. My car The mechanics know “ZERO “ troubleshooting skills. They read codes send you pictures with prices. Note one problem can trigger several codes. My car has been in there shop for over 6months. I have spoke to several associates and managers are just as bad. They never return calls just communicate through the app once twice a week. Back in Aug 2025 my car blew a turbo intercooler pipe so I had they replace with a bunch of other things they said was wrong. I left the dealership less then a mile the check engine light came on. I spent 4k in repairs. When I returned the car I was told the transmission and the def system needed to be replaced and the parts have been on back order they say for 6months. Had to turn to an attorney Stay clear for repairs at least More

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional – Avoid This Dealership! I had a completely frustrating and unprofessional experience with this dealership. The General Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager Dealership! I had a completely frustrating and unprofessional experience with this dealership. The General Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager, and the entire sales team were dishonest and evasive throughout the process. From the start, I made it clear what the issue was with the car—something that turned out to be accurate—but they dismissed my concerns, claiming that all cars were like that, which was simply untrue. They even tried to make me feel like I was misinformed, which was insulting and frustrating. The General Manager, Alex, didn’t even have the decency to speak with me when I came in to address the issue. Instead, he snuck out the back door when I was walking in, clearly avoiding the situation. I later realized the Service Manager, John, had tipped him off. It’s clear they had no interest in addressing my concerns. I was given false information repeatedly, and whenever I questioned it, I was made to feel like the one who didn’t understand. This is not the way a dealership should treat its customers. A business should be built on trust, respect, and honesty—qualities that were completely absent here. After wasting over a month of my time, I will never return to this dealership. I strongly advise others to stay away. More
False Advertising: Watch out for Sales Rep Tyler Green. He told me several incorrect things about a Volvo I was ready to buy: - That the car was checkout by their Service Dept. But there was "no Se Green. He told me several incorrect things about a Volvo I was ready to buy: - That the car was checkout by their Service Dept. But there was "no Service Report available to share. Service Reports are only created for Certified- PreOwned vehicles". - That the results of the Service Shop Report were stated on the Carfax Report for my review - And the car had no mechanical issues Double checking with a Sales Rep at another Mike Maroone dealership I found out that: - the car has a check engine light on - and a loud rattle until the engine warms up. He found this out by making a call to Tyler's Sales Manager. - (Note: And the Carfax Report does not mention these 2 problems.) When I emailed Tyler back with this information he went silent. (Funny, because he was checking in every other day asking if "I was ready to buy?".) Imagine having that car roll of a shipping carrier with these problems? How would that play out??? (If the service wasn't good prior to the buying how would it be after you bought???) Who can you trust. Maybe not even a reputable dealership. Glad I did not buy the car. I am calling Tyler'sSales Mngr today to report him and request Tyler call me with an Explanation. Ugggg!!!!! Dave Longmont, Colorado More
