Service center a complete rip-off You will not find honesty here. I recently had the airbag light come on in my Silverado. I took it in to Al Serra to see what was wrong. They di You will not find honesty here. I recently had the airbag light come on in my Silverado. I took it in to Al Serra to see what was wrong. They diagnosed that both front end sensor were bad. Total estimate was $824.00. I thought that was a little high so I decided to do some research. I found and purchased OEM parts online for $50 each and it took me, an untrained mechanic, less than 30 minutes to replace both sensors. How on earth can a dealership try to rip someone off like that? If I can get OEM parts and to do it myself for $100 and 30 minutes, how can a dealership with trained mechanics come anywhere near $824? Assuming they would have to pay $100 for the parts, are you telling me it would take them 6-7 hours to do something an untrained person can do in 30 minutes? ABSOLUTELY A CLEAR ATTEMPT TO RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER! CUTOMER BEWARE! You will not find honesty here. I'm all for people making money and saving me time, but why do they have to get greedy and try to rip you off? Rest assured I will never return to a very dishonest Al Serra. Although I am in the market for a new Silverado, I will most definitely go elsewhere for my purchase. More

He answered all of my questions and walked me through procedures that I was still a little fuzzy on for the many different aspects of vehicle operation. When I asked about a feature that I thought my car had Dylan let me know that he would like to check into it and get back to me. Dylan contacted me two days later via phone and email with the answer to my question. Dylan also was also very helpful when I was in the dealership at a later date by answering additional questions about my vehicle's operation. He walked to the car with me and looked at a problem I was having and gave information on how to help correct it and maintain my vehicle in the future. Thank you Dylan for the extra time and effort!
