Well, I received a response to my negative review from February 2012 in September 2013 (more than an year and a half later). So either they don't read these reviews (and deal with them) or their process is slow enough to justify and even lower score. As an update, I purchased my Golf elsewhere, but decided to have it serviced at Al Serra due to their proximity to me. I had very bad service experiences and will now drive out of my way to go somewhere else. I am also going to include the text of the response (from Al Serra) to my original review (19 months later) - I have only X'd out the phone number but left the rest of the response intact. You decide whether you would like to do business with Al Serra or not - I can't recommend them. I understand the frustration that goes into a lack of communication and I even hope you were able to purchase your Golf from another dealership.
