At Al Serra Volkswagen, my car buying experience was a positive one from beginning to end. After making contact online, we were contacted the next day to inquire about our needs. When I arrived I was re positive one from beginning to end. After making contact online, we were contacted the next day to inquire about our needs. When I arrived I was referred to Mr. Matthew Hicks as my salesman. Mr. Hicks was both patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to see. Having recently changed jobs my financial position was tight. Mr. Hicks was again patient and never pushy in his offer presentations. and to my surprise, the Sales Manager came to "my" area and talked with me about what would be the best deal for "me". We reached an agreement that was "mutually" beneficial! Unlike the competition, my needs were consulted and taken into consideration to structure a deal that fit "my" needs. Thank you Al Serra for a great car purchasing experience! More

I have a 2013 2500 HD Chevy pickup and I was due an oil change. I came across the quick lube line and I was in and out in no time which is why I went there to begin with, not a whole lot of time to sit ar change. The few minutes I was there the parts counter guy answered a few pricing questions, received free hot coffee and a salesman answered questions about the new 14 vette for me. Tony and Mark are always so good to work with. They are knowledgeable and always treat us right. If they say something needs to be fixed, it does.
