This is a continuation from my last posting. Well, I took my vehicle back for repairs on 12/10/22. I've had it less than a month with less than 200 miles, and it is under the dealerships 3 month, 3000 mile warranty, and they don't want to fix it. I received a call from an individual telling me that they want to do a swap. That's fine, but it has to be a vehicle that I want and I can use. Well I found even an older model vehicle, 2012 which is a lot older than the 2016 I have now. Which by the way I'm still paying for. Well now they want to charge me more and with bigger payments. I have been without a vehicle since 12/10/22. I was hoping that they would do the right thing without me having to tell them. Yes, someone actually asked me what I thought should happen. They sent me a new offer which I briefly explained already without details. I had to turn it down. I'm actually now speaking with an attorney about their contractual obligation that was signed when I bought the vehicle. We are going to wait and see what the dealership does next before moving forward. I really liked the vehicle I bought and would like to keep it, as long as they fix it. So far I am very unsatisfied with this well known big name dealership. They are not living up to their own standards. Funny thing is, when I've spoken to their other dealerships, they all said the same thing and were surprised that this place wasn't going to fix the car. I'm a retired army veteran with 32 years of service. Not that that should make any difference, but after reading reviews I should have known better. There were a lot of red flags. Let's wait and see what happens next. To be continued. More
It's loads of fun to be ripped off by a company by trading in a vehicle and them refusing to pay off the loan per the contract. I traded a 2021 Tiguan for a 2022 Camero and they won't pay off the Tigu trading in a vehicle and them refusing to pay off the loan per the contract. I traded a 2021 Tiguan for a 2022 Camero and they won't pay off the Tiguan they have already sold over 6 more than what I paid for it last year. More
The best worker ever is Chris Vecchiarelli. Better known as a used service icon. But known now as a full service new car service person. I love love love him... He will know me by the Audi Q5.. So helping me letting me know every part of what they are doing to my car.. He cares. He understands and he went beyond what I was expecting. It might have taken a month getting to the problem with my, car but the patience and his way of dealing with people who doesn't like a dealership. He went out of his way, for me to have faith that my car was in good hands. I know, lol, he hated seeing me for yet an9the3r time, but he talked me through everything. He was my angel.... thank you Chris V. And thank you for being kind... that's all I ever wanted!!!!! More

I've have been working with Mike Maroone North for ten months trying to get a new vehicle. When the vehicle with options I wanted became available to order, I put down a deposit and placed an order, over months trying to get a new vehicle. When the vehicle with options I wanted became available to order, I put down a deposit and placed an order, over five months ago. My order was never delivered and it took over two months for them to tell me it had been recalled...supposedly. The new car manager, Josh Gunter, then told me he put my name on another vehicle. Josh never returns my emails or phone calls and told me he doesn't always check his email so I visited him in person. He first lied to me about still waiting for the vehicle for me to be delivered and then when I pressed him to look up the vehicle by order number to give me a status update, he told me they sold the vehicle to someone else. Lots of change over at this dealership. The general manager has changed since I have been working with them. Also, the new car sales manager. As well as my salesperson quit. Communication is poor and follow through is terrible as well. Just be aware of the type of people you're dealing with if you buy from this dealership. More
Salesman AJ and Nathan, were accommodating and were very helpful. The process was very smooth and no pressure was applied to buying my car there and then.
