A brand new car I had owned for 13 months. Of that time it was 5 months in for repairs. Same issue, 6 different repair attempts. GM is horrible, Mike Maroone is horrible. Once you buy, just leave and hope nothing ever goes wrong. GM offered me a 'buyback' which was 3k on the car and I keep it as a lemon. I know for a fact that I have talked 6 people out of buying here and avoiding both GM and Volkswagon (they do both), I sent 2 people North to Denver to buy from VW instead. I bought a jeep from the that come to find out has a plywood floor. One month after I bought it check engine light came on they told me to come up there to get it checked out and then they turned me awa plywood floor. One month after I bought it check engine light came on they told me to come up there to get it checked out and then they turned me away after that my fuel pump went out had to get that fixed at the big O and then a month after that my radiator went out got it fixed at the big O. The big girl said somebody knew that there was a crack in the radiator because somebody had circled it on the radiator. Then a month after that a part in my wheel fell off had to get that fixed at the big O. They are the ones that told me that I had a plywood for when they raise the car. I suggested nobody buy anything from this company they’re just looking out for money they’re not looking out for you More

Worst service ever. Still waiting after 3 weeks for a revised contract. Contract was rushed through with my son in law who was not familiar with car buying. Gap wasn’t on the contract after discussed with the car sales man. The furnace manager never returns emails and the head GM stated we were loyal customers he was ensured it was fixed. Still till this day it’s bit fixed . There is no gap coverage and no new city tract sent . I’ve been coming here 20 years and this was by far the worst service from sales, finance and the GM that over sees everything . More
