We purchased our car from Macaddon in boulder… the dealership was always neat and clean. As I was cruising downtown my info center flashed a brief message " change oil soon". I did not have an appointment so I decided to do a walk in. Surprised me some, come on in, no problem. In two shakes I wa message " change oil soon". I did not have an appointment so I decided to do a walk in. Surprised me some, come on in, no problem. Poor Communication. I had to call to find out the status. Tried to sell me a brake job that was not needed.
