Mike Kelly Hyundai has put me on the back burner every step of the way and has done absolutely zilch to make this already terrible situation better. They only decided to make Hyundai aware that we paid fo step of the way and has done absolutely zilch to make this already terrible situation better. They only decided to make Hyundai aware that we paid for the car because we forced them to, after 7 months of not getting financing secured and leading us on. I, without a doubt would never recommend anyone to visit this dealership. They are covering up their mistakes and are hoping to erase the whole situation. My dad left a comment on their facebook about our experience, which was swiftly removed from the salesman who sold us the car. Kinda funny how they preach "if there's anything you ever need, give me a call" but then suppress any bad press and ignore you every step of the way. Response from the owner 10 minutes ago Hello. I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited from Tawny at Mike Kelly. Tawny was attentive and patient as I was shopping throughout 5 States for the perceived deal. If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I absolutely would! ! I have had nothing but PROBLEMS with them for MONTHS. Seven to be exact! My car is under warranty and I'm having an oil consumption issue. I took my ! I have had nothing but PROBLEMS with them for MONTHS. Seven to be exact! My car is under warranty and I'm having an oil consumption issue. I took my car there to have it checked out. It took me WEEKS to get an initial appointment, back in February, and we started the oil consumption test. They had to have my car for over a week with no loaner for me. I had to bring my car back again. And again. And again. And again. Also, I was always the one calling them, they NEVER called me initially or called me back. It would take hours or days or the ladies at the front desk to finally get hold of someone. When it finally came down to me needing a new engine, I was told they filed a claim with Hyundai to start the process. Its been 6 months at this point. Finally I call AGAIN and they say "Oh, is your car still using oil?" ..... YES! They tell me they need more pics, I stop in for some "required" pics, then they actually called me later that day to say that "Hyundai" needed more pics, and that they'd need my car for at least two days to take them. Two days for pics?? I was told they'd call me on Weds and they'd get me in Thurs. Guess what? They never called! So I'm done. I called Hyundai corporate, who proceed to tell me that they've received NOTHING from this dealership! No claim was filed! No pics were submitted! So were they just playing pretend?? Are they so stupid that they were dealing with the wrong company?? I don't know, but I am BEYOND LIVID. Seven months of wasted time, wasted gas, being charged $40 for 2qts of oil, and a LOT of aggravation and I have nothing to show except a damaged bumper. I will be taking my car somewhere else to complete this process, because the people here are nothing but incompetent, ignorant, and TERRIBLE with customer service. ALSO, they hit my car with something while they had it, I'm not sure what, but it left damage to my back bumper. I was shown the problem and assured that they had ALREADY ORDERED the part and told that they would replace it at no cost to me. Every single time I was back in there, I asked about the bumper and they seem to have no record of that incident. EXCUSE ME?! So my bumper has still not been replaced. (They also at one point messed up the heat in my car, it wasn't working, it was blowing cold air. I called and was told that the AC kicks on when the temp reaches above the desired temp. So, you mean to tell me that at 8:00AM in late February/early March its 75 degrees outside?? I took my car back and made them fix it. They claimed nothing was wrong, but it started working correctly after that. My guess is they fixed a simple issue, but didn't want to admit they messed it up.) DO NOT EVER GO HERE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO BE WORKED ON. More
Sales were fine. Service SUCKS !!! Takes forever to get in and when you do, the incompetent mechanics scratch your car and then take 3 times as long to fix it as they Service SUCKS !!! This was my first visit to dealership for a radio problem with my new 2020 Veloster. I was so impressed how service advisor Daniel English took care of my problem. I can't say enough how friendly everyone wa with my new 2020 Veloster. I was so impressed how service advisor Daniel English took care of my problem. I can't say enough how friendly everyone was. Dan let me know how service was progressing and the tech Eric Hague removed my radio and fixed the problem a loose connection. He did not listen to our wants and needs and was trying to just get big bucks. Also at one point we were asked to give them our credit card as a sign that we were serious about the purchase. That was before they even talked about an offer for us to buy. Made we think of the long ago stories of dealerships pulling tricks to get you to make the purchase. We ended up trading our leased car from them the next day and got a much better deal and car at another dealership! Would never deal with them again! More
