The air conditioning/heating system in the vehicle has been broken from the beginning where the air does not blow 90% of the time, and despite numerous attempts to address the issue, the dealership and Chevrolet’s response have been nothing short of appalling. Over two years of owning this car, I’ve sought assistance for this issue on multiple occasions. My concerns were brushed aside after two inspections, where nothing was found to be wrong, and the matter was entirely written off. The complete lack of accountability, responsibility, and genuine customer care from the dealership, Chevrolet, and the individual who sold me the vehicle at the dealership, Garrett, is astonishing. Radio silence on all fronts despite persistent communication on our end. It is deeply disheartening to experience such indifference from a dealership that was so very willing to take my money and then ignore me entirely afterwards. Despite reaching out to Chevrolet directly to escalate the matter, the response has been resounding silence. This has left me with a car (and a car loan) that has a fundamental issue and absolutely no resolution in sight. Summers are miserable and winters are dangerous driving in my car because of the a/c & heat not working properly. I am dismayed by the complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic customer service exhibited by Mike Kelly Automotive, Garrett, and Chevrolet in handling this matter. I have been left with a faulty vehicle and no support or resolution in sight. Avoid Mike Kelly Automotive and Chevrolet to spare yourself the never ending ordeal we continue to deal with on a daily basis. More

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new truck at Mike Kelly Chevrolet. Our salesman, Rich Kelly, was low key and a lot of fun to work with.
