They always do quality work though this time when I brought my vehicle in to the body shop, I was not receiving timely updates about what was going on with my vehicle. Over the 20 days they had my car, brought my vehicle in to the body shop, I was not receiving timely updates about what was going on with my vehicle. Over the 20 days they had my car, they gave me 4 different time estimates for when my car should have work completed that were all missed or inaccurate. I understand that situations occur and parts don't always arrive when expected when they're shipped but managing expectations is an important part of customer relations and it led to a lot of frustration on my end when I would be expecting my car to have work completed by a certain date only to have that date pass with no notification multiple times. More
