Fantastic service and quick turn around Colin is a phenomenal service rep. My Terrain started to burn a lot of oil. He put me on the oil consumption tracker. When I came in for my last oil change he explained that they were ready to swap out my pistons and other parts. With in a few minutes I was in a curtesy car and on with the rest of my day. Colin called me a few times to update me on the status of the repair and went above and beyond to make sure I knew the car was in good hands. The next day my Terrain was done and I couldn’t have been happier. This was a very positive experience. In two years I will be in the market for a new Sierra and I will not go anywhere else. I trust these folks at Brookfield and they have my business for life. More
