The very next evening I had a collision with a deer and drove straight to the dealership as it was nearby. It was very close to their closing hour but they got me right in, looked at the damage and brought the body shop manager over. I went back first thing the next morning as I left my remote in the car and they already had an estimate prepared. It was very reasonable and my insurance carrier authorized the work the same day. While I was talking with the worker I mentioned how I was having difficulty finding wiper blades for my other vehicle, that I purchased from another dealership prior to coming here, and immediately he directed me to parts and I walked out 5 minutes later with new wiper blades and a totally satisfied customer.
