They replaced the malfunctioning part in a timely manner and since it was under warranty, there was no charge. I left there with a bag of cookies and a freshly washed car. Happy customer! More

I had to ask for the inspection report (was not automatically given to me) which was not explained or completed. No one there is welcoming at all. They act like I was disturbing them. Radio update I have purchased 2 vehicles from here that actually were 2 of the best vehicles I have ever owned. I recently bought a Sierra from another dealer tha I have purchased 2 vehicles from here that actually were 2 of the best vehicles I have ever owned. I recently bought a Sierra from another dealer that was just too far away to go back for service. MJ GM has always taken care of me and my recent radio update was a true success. It cost me a little money and took hours but well worth it. Now I can integrate my phone to my new used vehicle and with zero problems! I did travel from Oconomowoc to MJ GM because I knew the service and sales were amazing and capable! Thanks crew! More
