Parts were not available at that time due to a GM strike. When parts became available I rec'd an e-mail along with an appointment for repair. Repair was done in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction. More

poor service on first day of deer season despite making an appt greater than a week prior for an oil change, took several hours for the service to be completed. Asked for an assessment of tire tread and quote for new tires.....was not done. did not have an updated sticker placed on windshield after oil change. Frankly , could have gotten better service that day from a quick change oil service center. Suspect there was not enough people working in service because of being the first day of deer season More
