Service staff and managers were very responsive and positively addressed scheduling system issue and got me in right away as planned. Windshield needed replacement as previously attempted repair by Safelite failed. Tim Sevice Veteran Service Dept Leader was outstanding! While then do not install windshields he suggested a local repu repair by Safelite failed. Tim Sevice Veteran Service Dept Leader was outstanding! While then do not install windshields he suggested a local reputable company that installed the GM OEM windshield that Brookfield Buick GMC located and had delivered to their location in one day! Replacement was completed in one day including a GM OEM WINDSHIELD! Great Service ! Very Professional Helpful People goes the extra mile for Excellent customer care! More
