Negotiating over the phone was a breeze and as a result drove 2 1/2 hours from Dallas - passing 20-25 dealerships along the way to do the deal with Mark and Mike Hellack Chevrolet. Everything Mark said was true. Working with him made me feel like I was working with family. Finance was super easy with Kel Owens and no weird items or gimmicks whatsoever. The used Chevy Silverado was 100% and more of what Mark said it would be and post purchase the vehicle has been outstanding. We have always dreaded the process of purchasing a new vehicle, but working with Mike Hellack Chevrolet and Hector Torres was a pleasure from start to finish. We appreciate Mike Hellack Chevrolet and their professionalism, fairness, attention to detail and no pressure/no hassle dealership. Working with Hector was well worth the hour drive to get the pickup we were interested in. We have since returned and used the Service Dept in having running boards put on and a cover for the pickup bed and the guys in the Service Dept are fantastic to work with. They got us in quickly and did a superb job. We can't sing their praises enough and we've encouraged friends and family to use this dealership as we will continue to do so in the future. We love our pickup!! More
