Bought my first ford in another city but decided to have it serviced at my local dealer, Mike Fitzpatrick Ford. They serviced and fixed several recalls over the 3 years I owned the truck. Do not take your vehicle here for service of any kind whatsoever for any reason. Go anywhere else, pay any amount. Nothing is worth the service here. The whole operation is worse than any thing you have whatsoever for any reason. Go anywhere else, pay any amount. Nothing is worth the service here. The whole operation is worse than any thing you have experienced before. Starting with the GM, the service manager, the service advisors. Incompetence and horrible customer service doesn’t even describe what you will experience here. This is the worst run operation I have ever seen. heaven forbid you have any engine or electrical work needed. They will have your cars for days if not weeks with no communication.. They avoid difficult scheduled maintenance items like transmission oil changes, differential or transfer case oil changes. Do it yourself if you have too. Even if you don’t know anything about cars, you’ll be better off. trust this review. If you read this review and go there anyway do not say no one ever told you. I will never buy a truck here or go here again and I promise you, they don’t even care. More
