I live in Cape Canaveral, FL and purchased my new 2009 Yaris at a dealership in Jacksonville, FL during an extended visit with my son and family in Jacksonville in November 2008. Since my purchase was not through Mike Erdman dealership, the local dealership near my home, I didn't know how my experience would be having my new car serviced there periodically. This is why I am taking the time to participate in this rating review. Well, it's been great!! From my first phone call with a question to oil changes/tire rotation, etc., every contact and visit has been met with friendly, qualified, professional people. Personally, I would recommend the whole team there - their goal seems to be to be sure your needs have been met, any questions answered, and maintaining a good relationship with customers, whether you own a Yaris or the top of the line more expensive model Toyato. This is the first Toyota I have ever owned and I couldn't be more satisfied with the vehicle or Mike Erdman dealership. More
