I went in for my 45 thousand mile check up and oil change,this service would take a bit of time. I was offered a ride home and to be picked up afterwards. I took it in to be repaired or replaced, this was done at no cost. Also at that time my car was inspected and confirmed of the service previously performed. Emergency road repair (car would not start). AAA got car started and drove to dealership thinking I would drop it off but was surprized they were open on Sunday Afternoon. I thought the wait for a customer service representative was somewhat excessive. It took several minutes (while it was raining) for someone to even acknowledge my presence, even though I was standing outsi was somewhat excessive. It took several minutes (while it was raining) for someone to even acknowledge my presence, even though I was standing outside next to my car. When the service was completed, I noticed the technician drive my car around, and deliver the paperwork inside. I waited for 5 minutes, then approached the service desk and mentioned that my car was ready but no one had called me. When they tried to contact the service advisor, she didn't answer her cell phone. We were stuck waiting for her for 10 minutes or more, and then a different advisor came by and found the paperwork. FYI, I used to bring my Avalon here for service, until a similar incident resulted in a prolonged (2 hour) wait just for an oil change -- not even a tire rotation. More

I have been a customer at Toyota for many many years and now you have no more coupes to sell so now I have a problem when I want to trade in my coupe. Nissan and Honda are the only two with a coupe so Toyot now you have no more coupes to sell so now I have a problem when I want to trade in my coupe. Nissan and Honda are the only two with a coupe so Toyota better get with the program and also the Genesis Coupe from Hyundai.
