I had purchased a Ford Escape at this dealership about 2 years ago. I have used the service department several times to get my oil changed and have had wonderful service. Amanda has always helped me. She se years ago. I have used the service department several times to get my oil changed and have had wonderful service. Amanda has always helped me. She seems to handle several tasks at one time and manages to treat me as if I am the only customer. She always has a smile on her face and is quick to help other co workers. Amanda recently helped me with getting my Sync System worked on. I have had to come in 3 times this week once to have it looked at by the service team and found out they had to have an outside company that installed it come out, they could not get there until the next day. On the second day a part had to be ordered.on the third day it was fixed. Amanda set up a driver to drop me off at work while my car was there to be worked on and always kept me informed of what was being done. She is currently helping me get new seat covers put on due to problems with the fabric fading. This has so far been covered under my warranty and she has taken care of everything for me with no hassles. I also work for a company that requires servicing others and it feels good to get great service. More
This service experience was the best ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joe Spaw went out of his way to take care of my problem. I highly recommend them as they were to me because the fixed a problem that mutliple other Joe Spaw went out of his way to take care of my problem. Took vehicle in for engine and transmission issues, they didn't want to accecpt the fact that it was still under warranty, they couldn't provide me a way home for over an hour and the appointment was schedu didn't want to accecpt the fact that it was still under warranty, they couldn't provide me a way home for over an hour and the appointment was scheduled. Then they said they couldn't replicate the problem, but wouldn't let me drive the car for them to show what it was doing. The problem are on going, but I will not return to this dealership. More
