Poor service after the sale I have my 2013 Ford truck serviced at Casstrucci Ford, in Milford, because I bought it there. After checking service work done on my last visit, I dis I have my 2013 Ford truck serviced at Casstrucci Ford, in Milford, because I bought it there. After checking service work done on my last visit, I discovered the work was not done. I reported it to the service manager. Then I receive a 70,000 mile service request via email from Casstrucci Ford. My check engine light comes on & I pull into get service or an appointment. I'm told they won't check my engine light & can't get me in for 2 weeks. Would anyone want to keep driving with out knowing why the check engine light is on? It takes 15 seconds to plug in the meter! Come on! More

It was a unique situation, I had some other work done as well and they replaced some parts at no cost to me. They treated me right, service above and beyond. I may be jumping the gun here, but if the rest of the service goes half as well, they still deserve all these stars!!!! More
Integrity - None My experience has been one of great frustration; brought in 2006 Ford 500 for service after noticed transmission issue. $1,500.00 repair bill later My experience has been one of great frustration; brought in 2006 Ford 500 for service after noticed transmission issue. $1,500.00 repair bill later the issue remained noticed next day after car pick up contacted dealer, told to bring it in few days. Accident happen next day as a result of miss diagnosed problem; this I know because I was told it would be another $1,800.00 to fix the real issue (xxx). Dealership replaced throttle body on original visit. Now stating we need to spend another 1,800.00 to replace other parts. Insurance company had an investigation and totaled the car. Dealership is taking no responsibility, which is why the title is what it is. Hope your experiences are better. More

I brought my 2010 Mustang in for a key program and was hoping that Brandi was working, but she was off that day. I had Bob Risk as my advisor that day. He was great! The dealership was busy that day, so h hoping that Brandi was working, but she was off that day. I had Bob Risk as my advisor that day. He was great! I called the service dept. ordered them and had them installed all with in 3 days. Now, how is that for service!! Amanda is great to work with. She was excited to see that I had bought a new vehicle. My husband and I have used her as our service rep for several years. We will continue to use the service dept for both our Ford vehicles. More
