Beware! Since buying two brand new cars at this dealer, I've been in for recalls two times. The first time the service writer Ken was rude and was making joke Since buying two brand new cars at this dealer, I've been in for recalls two times. The first time the service writer Ken was rude and was making jokes about the company name on my van. The second time I scheduled an appointment, closed down my business, and dropped off my van for a half day recall. I get a call halfway through the day by Bill Ritchie telling me the car can not be completed in a half day. Long story short... they cost me two days of work, laughed at me for complaining, refused to let me speak with the general manager, and the list goes on and on. These people might as well be criminals for all of the money and time they cost me and my company. Stay Away! More

I have been a Ford owner for many years and have dealt only with the Castrucci stores, both in Milford and Alexandria. Having recently moved to Michigan, I still continue to bring my vehicle in to the A only with the Castrucci stores, both in Milford and Alexandria. They sold me the extended warranty by saying it was bumper to bumper coverage. My one and only claim is not covered - even though I had the problem since the truck was new. Mike Castrucci personally called me to understand the issue. He explained why the warranty did not cover the repair and resolved my issue. I can't believe he went out of his way to make this right. I started using Mike Castrucci Ford in Alexandria for all of my vehicle maintenance needs approximately seven years ago. Their professionalism, courtesy and honesty is especially appreciated, as well as their being highly knowledgeable about maintenance and service needs with vehicles. In particular, I like their common-sense approach to service needs by proactively recommending service that is necessary and not pushing unnecessary service work. As a result of their proactive approach, my vehicles have been highly dependable and safe as a result. In addition, they have always been extremely fair and honest as to charges and pricing. Up until a year ago, I had only used this dealership for service needs. However, due to the great experience with the service personnel and working with Steve Black of their sales area when shopping for potential vehicles in the past, my family group has purchased several new vehicles from this dealership working with Steve. As to our buying experience, it has been excellent working with Steve. His honesty, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of the product was really appreciated. I have even recommended friends go to Steve when they were purchasing a new vehicle and they have told me he was exactly as I described and truly a pleasure to work with, which has been my experience as well. I also would like to mention that their Finance and Insurance person was excellent to work with in each new car transaction when completing the paperwork and finishing the details. Similar to the service and sales staff, the F&I fellow was highly professional and great to work with. I think the things that impress me most about these folks is their high level of customer orientation and commitment to satisfying the customer, as well as their honesty and fairness. More
Went to Alexandria Ford for tire replacement. They replaced the four tires, but did not tighten well the front wheel, driver side. I went on my Xmas trip and as soon as I drove with the full speed in replaced the four tires, but did not tighten well the front wheel, driver side. I went on my Xmas trip and as soon as I drove with the full speed in the highway, the car started trembling very badly. The front wheel was unable to control and steer. Stopped to a car dealer closed by and they found out about the poor job done from Alexandria Ford. Many parts in the front of the car were dented or damaged because the left front wheel fell apart. Manager Bill Lykins told me to bring the car back to the service center to “make sure there are no more damages related to front wheels”. Went to Alexandria Ford on January 2nd to check if there were more damages in the front wheels. They kept "checking" my car for more than 2.5 hours and told me that the car was in a very good shape and there were no more damages in the car. What they did was only an oil change and a superficial diagnostic check. Went again to Alexandria Ford on March 2nd, for another problem with my car. The car failed the multicheck point, and the service center gave me a list of many items worth $2000 were 9 out of 10 items to fix were items related to the front wheels (bolts, joints, etc). The manager, Bill Lykins, claims that all the damage is related to items normal usage rather than the stress the front wheels had to go through because of bad installation of the wheel. This service manager is not only risking the lives of customers and minor children, but keeps lying that he is working to repair the damages in the car, where he did not even check on the condition of the area that was damaged. Now, he wants the customer to repair the damage made on the car, because of his poor service job. More
