I've been a customer of Mike Castrucci Chevrolet for years, I've purchased two cars from them and brought them in for services whenever needed. I was rear ended and decided to bring my car to their years, I've purchased two cars from them and brought them in for services whenever needed. I was rear ended and decided to bring my car to their body shop and get an oil change while I was at it. And that was my big mistake. I pick up my car and immediately it's misfiring and clearly not hitting on all cylinders, It's happening as soon as I'm driving the car and I wonder how the oil changed missed this and why this didn't start until I brought my car to them for service. Bring the car back the next day and I'm told spark plugs need to be replaced along with a couple of issues and it's another $400+. Okay, it still feels weird that this wasn't happening when I dropped it off, but fine. I'm not going to fight this. Pick up the car and before I hit the highway, the problem is still there. Yet again, the problem is still there and no one test drove my car before declaring it fixed. Bring the car back again, and get stuck in a giant truck for a loaner. They let me know I can swap out the truck loaner for an EV, and that makes dealing with all this a little better. I return the truck and eventually get billed for being a quarter of a tank short on drop off. Get a call the problem is a chip that's bad. Suddenly went bad while they had it for two weeks, but again, I can't prove this so I'm not going to argue that with the guy. Come to pick up my car and I ask to take it for a test drive before I pay my bill. I get in the car, and despite giving it to them with over half a tank, my care is so hard into empty, I have to gas it up before I can test drive it. Upon pointing out I got charged for a quarter tank of gas and then get my car back on empty being the cherry on top of this multi-week xxxx show. Service desk (Tyler) tries to defend not finding the issue and giving me the car back still broken, and then giving it back to me on empty saying "I have no way to put gas in a car." I'm beyond disappointed in the service department. Between putting gas in a giant truck for five days and then needing to put gas in my car just to test drive it, I"m out over $700 for a problem that did not exist until the car was in their hands. Unless something big changes here, I'm done with this dealership and I'll be buying my next car from a better Chevy dealer. More
I have purchased 2 vehicles from the Castrucci Dealerships. They are friendly professional and stand by the cars they sell. I will buy again from Castrucci. Dealerships. They are friendly professional and stand by the cars they sell. I will buy again from Castrucci. More
Brought them a Chevy to fix. I think they made it worse, but definitely didn't fix it. Not sure how qualified their service techs are, or if they are just about profit margin. I think they made it worse, but definitely didn't fix it. Not sure how qualified their service techs are, or if they are just about profit margin. I got a text quote and told them to go ahead with repairs that did not solve the issue. When going to pay, they attempted to charge about 100 more than the quote and also added about 35 in shop fees not in the text quote. In Ohio you can charge about 10% over quote without getting in trouble with the attorney general, so I believe this is their standard practice. The techs here have questionable knowledge and their business practices are suspect. More
Efficient service with personable staff. Good customer facilities. Good availability of appointments although booking online can be problematic. Good customer facilities. Good availability of appointments although booking online can be problematic. More

Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change. This is WITH an appointment. Never even started the process. I left. Thanks Mike for wasting my time. This is WITH an appointment. Never even started the process. I left. Thanks Mike for wasting my time. More
Waited for nearly two hours for a simple oil change and filter. The appointment was scheduled ahead of time on-line. There was never any explanation as to what the delay was, or any estimate. Previous appointments were 45 minutes or less, in and out. Hoping this is a one time thing. More
