Ben met me on entry to the dealership and asked questions that gave him the ability to help me quickly. He walked me out to the lot to show me the units available and explained the technical terms used on t that gave him the ability to help me quickly. Then he walked back to get the key to the unit I had selected and pulled it out for a test drive. He then asked if I would prefer to test drive alone or with him. I chose to have him come along. Ben spent the time explaining how the features worked and how to best utilize them. When we returned to the dealership Ben the started searching for the best financing rates and got the manager to knock off $1000.00 to cover what I owed on my trade. Overall this was probably the best car buying experence that I have had. More
