I absolutely love this dealership from start to finish. Before purchasing my Camaro I did extensive research and called multiple dealerships; however no one stood above Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. My sales man, Mr. Charles Krekler was absolutely awesome, wonderful, I even gave him a hug at the close of my sale and we both got a picture in front of my new 2011 Camaro. Mr. Krekeler went above and beyond as a sales man, and I will definately refer my family and friends directly to him. I felt like I could trust him and that is priceless. These guys were great to work with. Their attention to MY wants and needs was the best Customer Service I have received anywhere in a long time. Easy transaction and quick. I have bought 4 new vehicles from this dealer in the last 5 years and will go back for my next one too. You can't beat their price and ease of doing the deal. My main reason for going to the dealership was to have my Pontiac Vibe serviced and was just curious about the Equinox and what kind of a deal would be proposed. Larry Watson was the salesperson whom I dealt with -- I can't say enough of his kindness, his honesty and just a pleasure to deal with. Due to his excellent service and attitude I did end up purchasing an Equinox and left my Vibe there. I feel I was treated with respect, fairness and was not pressured into purchasing a car. I previously used this dealership but did not purchase the Vibe from them (I wish I had). The service and sales are beyond reproach! Thank you. More

From the moment I walked in and saw Charles Krekeler I was a little nervous because I had never shopped for a car on my own. I am a single mom of two children. The second I sat down and saw his smile, I was a little nervous because I had never shopped for a car on my own. I am a single mom of two children. The second I sat down and saw his smile, I knew we would hit it off. And we did. Not only was he extremely helpful and informative, he was so very kind. I consider him as a friend after working with him. I feel that Charles listened to my needs and did what he could do to accomodate me. I am very happy with my brand new Chevy Cruze! I also had the pleasure of working with Rick Loomis. He was a person who made me feel at ease while signing all of the paperwork. Explained it in a manner that I, the customer, would comprehend. Our family has purchased 12 cars from Mike Castrucci Chevrolet over the last 14 years. Each time the purchase process has been enjoyable. We have dealt with several salesmen during this time but the s Chevrolet over the last 14 years. Each time the purchase process has been enjoyable. We have dealt with several salesmen during this time but the salesman that stands out above the rest is Larry Watson. He is very thorough in explaining all the operating systems of the car and takes as long as you want to go through each option. The finance team is very friendly and helpful in processing loans. They are very willing to answer any question and are very thorough. Our most recent purchase was a 2011 convertible Camaro which was special ordered. The process was handled in a very professional manner and we were kept apprised of each step of the process. We received a call from Larry telling us when the factory started buidling the car, when it was shipped and expected arrival date. It arrived on the expected date. If you want to deal with a very professional team I recommend the Mike Castrucci Chevrolet Team. More
